The immense Bawadi shopping mall in Dubailand, Dubai, was supposed to be finished in 2012, but the financial crisis that started in 2008 slowed things down for the grand project. When it will finally be completed (if ever), this 4 million-square foot mall will be the most expensive in the world: it was initially commissioned for $2.7 billion.That’s considerably more than the $1.3 billion New South China Mall in Dongguan, China.
So the project is undoubtedly bold and computer renderings are very impressive, but what will the real thing look like when finished? And what will happen on all those 4 million square feet of shopping areas? We honestly can’t wait to see the Bawadi mall completed! It will probably be a shopping paradise for the wealthy.
Earlier people use to shop n the streets along with their near and dear one. Increased modernization and technology brought about the concepts of malls and this one is such a very elegant shopping malls.
